Description

Skipper was designed to fit snuggly on a wide variety of traffic cones, saving time, storage space and money. For more security, you can fix Skipper to a cone using two screws. Skipper requires 28" tall traffic cones to weigh at least 17 lbs. Weighted rings can be added to use existing cones. Comes with either red and white, or black and yellow.
