Provide FME Monitors with the following responsibilities Logging of items entering FME areas on proper forms/media in accordance with site written procedures Review of outage schedule/activities (on-site) and address potential FME issues with specific outage tasks/evolutions. Monitor personnel, work materials and equipment entering and exiting an FME Area and ensure compliance of the site FME Area requirements. Recognize potential FME concerns that may not be addressed by site specific procedures and addressing them to FME site supervision Adhere to all applicable site specific procedures and training, including but not limited to, radiation worker, General Employee Training (GET), Safety, Human Performance, etc. Stop activities in or around the FME Area that may introduce foreign material into the equipment breach. Provide written feedback to site FME Supervision of lessons learned prior to site departure.   FME Monitor Training and Program Development Headquarters Pre-Outage Assessment including the following; Assess outage activities and provide proactive FME solutions to site FME personnel Develop specific training guidelines for specialized tasks Provide discounted products and materials to support the outage
