- RETURNS: Imprinted and custom items cannot be returned. A restocking fee of 15% of inventoried products may apply for returned items. Special orders placed through Ty-Flot that are drop shipped from our suppliers warehouse may incurr larger restocking fees. Prior to placing an order please verify if restocking fees will apply should an order be cancelled or returned. Orders cannot be returned after 30 days from the shipping.
